Orders in stock are usually shipped within the United States within 2-7 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped.

Product Care
- The package and instruction booklet contain essential information, so please retain them. Small parts pose a risk to little children; keep them out of reach to prevent accidental swallowing or choking.
- For individuals aged 14 and below, please install it under the supervision of a guardian. After disassembling, dispose of or recycle the batteries correctly.
- If not in use for an extended period, disassemble. Clean the toy with a dry cloth.
Note: The package includes small parts. Avoid swallowing them, and ensure that children under three years old do not have access to them.
Return
You can return your Blokees order within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the collectibles you received are in unused condition with the tags and packaging intact. If it is opened, it can not be returned. Start your return by emailing us at service@blokees.com. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days according to the original method of payment.
