Shipping Terms
Orders in stock are usually shipped within the United States within 2-7 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped.
Please Note: International shipping is not currently available.
Product Care
- The package and instruction contain essential information, so please retain them. Small parts pose a risk to little children; keep them out of reach to prevent accidental swallowing or choking.
- For individuals aged 14 and below, please install it under the supervision of a guardian. After disassembling, dispose of or recycle the batteries correctly.
- If not in use for an extended period, please disassemble. Clean with a dry cloth.

Return
You can return your Blokees order within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the collectibles you received are in unused condition with the tags and packaging intact. If it is opened, it can not be returned. Start your return by emailing us at service@blokees.com. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days according to the original method of payment.
