    Great Designs, but Support is lacking.

    Love the design of the figures, but unhappy with the customer support side of the company. I purchased a set and my Shattered Glass Optimus Prime was missing a shoulder joint.

    If you purchase these from anywhere other than this site, you must rely on the seller to refund/replace broken or missing parts. The issue becomes when the seller doesn’t have spare parts, they have sold out of the product and refuse to refund because it being a manufacturer’s problem.

    Had customer service been able to help I would have given this 5 stars without hesitation, but since I was forced to live without or spend more money to buy parts from other people, I must rate 3.

    I love these sets! The only drawback is that there are a lot doubles. I got 4 Statscreams in the second series. Love the product, but the ratio seems askew
