You can return your Blokees order within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the collectibles you received are in unused condition with the tags and packaging intact. If you've opened the toy it can not be returned. Start your return by emailing us at service@blokees.com. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days according to the original method of payment.

For personal reasons returns (e.g., "changed mind" or "no longer needed"):

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not liable for lost or delayed packages.

A restocking and handling fee (typically 15%–30% of order value, subject to actual costs) will be deducted from your refund.

The assembling process was smooth and surprisingly relaxing, even if you don’t assemble character toys very often. The articulation is better than I expected, and the proportions look natural once fully assembled.
