You can return your Blokees order within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the collectibles you received are in unused condition with the tags and packaging intact. If you've opened the toy it can not be returned. Start your return by emailing us at service@blokees.com. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days according to the original method of payment.

For personal reasons returns (e.g., "changed mind" or "no longer needed"):

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not liable for lost or delayed packages.

A restocking and handling fee (typically 15%–30% of order value, subject to actual costs) will be deducted from your refund.

That Thunder Spear transformation is absolutely mental and the umbilical cable detail recreation is chef's kiss perfection. Package arrived in 2 days with bombproof packaging.

My childhood EVA finally in character toy form

As a kid i started off With NGE Show. So that EVA is my EVA. Been waiting 15 years for something this authentic. The Progressive Knives transformation literally gave me chills. Every single joint moves like butter and the weapon arsenal is absolutely STACKED. Worth every penny for this masterpiece. Factory paint job is flawless too - no stickers needed! This company really understands the source material.

This is so damn smooth, almost one-to-one with a few extra details in the thunder spear one, namely the lower torso plates and groin guard shifting into place. The way they managed to fit all these accessories into such a compact design is pure wizardry. Tool-free assembly was clutch - my 14 year old son built it solo without any issues. That umbilical cable detail and launch platform recreation is chef's kiss perfection.

Finally got my grail piece

Not going to lie, seeing 02 with all these weapon transformations would have been an interesting addition to my collection. Been hunting for the perfect EVA character toy for years and this absolutely delivers. The S-Type equipment attachment system is genius and that articulated jaw opens and closes like butter. Shipped faster than promised too - 3 day delivery was clutch. My wallet hurts but my inner child is SCREAMING with joy.
