Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and proof of purchase. Custom products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. However, if you have any issues whatsoever with your order, we will always work to make it right! Just shoot us a note at service@blokees.com.

How do I start a return?

Email us at service@blokees.com to begin the return process. Our team will guide you on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, but your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

What should I do if I miss the 30-day return window?

Unfortunately, returns outside the 30-day period cannot be accepted. If you have concerns, contact us to explore alternative solutions.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email service@blokees.com within 12 hours of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess the situation promptly and aim to resolve it within 48 hours.

Can you help with a damaged product?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to service@blokees.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days. Please note that holidays and high order volumes may cause slight delays, but we will keep you updated.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available. Contact us prior to placing your order to arrange for faster delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or U.S. military zones, including APO, AP, FPO, or AA addresses.

What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not shipped, contact us immediately at service@blokees.com to update your address. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make changes, and you may need to place a new order.

What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?

Shipping delays can occur due to courier issues or high demand. If your tracking information hasn’t updated in 48 hours, contact the courier directly. For missing orders, reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll assist in locating or replacing your shipment.

Are there any customs or taxes on my order?

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to their orders. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Where Is My Order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for it to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once it’s on its way. Delivery typically takes up to 7-10 business days from the shipping date.

My package is missing. Can you help?

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I update my shipping address?

Orders begin processing immediately and usually cannot be changed. If your order has already shipped and you need to update the address, contact the carrier directly. Please note that address changes may cause delivery delays and could incur additional fees paid directly to the carrier.
