Orders in stock are usually shipped within the United State within 2-7 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped.

3. Surprise products are unique and random; once opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return

You can return your Blokees order within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the collectables you received are in unused condition with the tags and packaging intact. If you've opened the toy, it can not be returned. Start your return by emailing us at service@blokees.com. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days, according to the original method of payment.

    I'm giving 4 stars because one of the figures had a broken piece. The figures are great though, and easy to put together. I'm actually surprised how articulated they are. You can definitely pose them however you'd like. The pieces are pretty small though, so these are more for a little older child. A great product!
