Surprise products are unique and random. Once opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return

You can return your Blokees order within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the collectibles you received are in unused condition with the tags and packaging intact. If you've opened the toy it can not be returned. Start your return by emailing us at service@blokees.com. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days according to the original method of payment.

For personal reasons returns (e.g., "changed mind" or "no longer needed"):

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not liable for lost or delayed packages.

Heroes battle using their Rock-Paper-Scissors attributes

4. Win = 2 points, Draw = 1 point each

5. Each hero can battle only once

The model kits themselves are excellent - great detail and the 17 points of articulation make for awesome poses. I'm docking one star because the card game rules could be clearer. Still, these are primarily collectibles and they excel at that.

My kids enjoy these but there are some small pieces that come off easily. The Princess Iron Fan's fans detached. Quality seems good otherwise, just be careful with the accessories if buying for younger kids.
