You can return your Blokees order within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the collectibles you received are in unused condition with the tags and packaging intact. If you've opened the toy it can not be returned. Start your return by emailing us at service@blokees.com.. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days according to the original method of payment.
