• The package and manual contain essential information, so please retain them. Small parts pose a risk to little children; keep them out of reach to prevent accidental swallowing or choking.
• For individuals aged 12 and below, please install it under the supervision of a guardian. After disassembling, dispose of or recycle the batteries correctly.
• If not in use for an extended period, disassemble. Clean the toy with a dry cloth.

Note: The package includes small parts. Avoid swallowing them, and ensure that children under three years old do not have access to them.

You can return your Blokees order within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the collectibles you received are in unused condition with the tags and packaging intact. If you've opened the toy it can not be returned. Start your return by emailing us at service@blokees.com. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days according to the original method of payment.

For personal reasons returns (e.g., "changed mind" or "no longer needed"):

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not liable for lost or delayed packages.

A restocking and handling fee (typically 15%–30% of order value, subject to actual costs) will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
